Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by Bradshaw Automations ("we", "us", "our"), a division of Bradshaw Trades, operating from Dubai, UAE. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Bradshaw Automations provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including but not limited to: automated trading systems, business automation solutions, accounting automation dashboards, and web development tools. Each product may have specific terms that supplement these general Terms.

2. SaaS Subscription Terms

For subscription-based products:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

3. One-Time Purchase Terms

For one-time purchase products (including trading systems and enterprise licenses):

• Delivery will be completed within the timeframe specified at purchase
• Ongoing support is not included unless specified in a separate support agreement
• The product is licensed for use by the purchasing entity only
• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing is not permitted

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the services you have subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Upon termination of your account, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from our platforms
• Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our products may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Plaid (bank connectivity), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting synchronization), and our proprietary AI engine (analysis and categorization). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers' respective terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bradshaw Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

For trading-related products: past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital allocation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Non-payment of fees after a 7-day grace period
• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Activity that poses a security risk to our platform or other users

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription products: A 14-day grace period applies to new subscriptions. Refund requests submitted within 14 days of initial purchase will be honored in full. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued.

One-time purchases: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For trading systems, our 90-day money-back guarantee terms apply as specified at the time of purchase.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
