Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and billing information.

Financial Data (Accounting Products)

When you connect your bank accounts through our accounting automation dashboard, we collect transaction data, account balances, and transaction descriptions via Plaid. We also receive accounting data when you connect QuickBooks, including invoices, bills, chart of accounts, and financial reports.

Email Content (Accounting Products)

If you enable our email scanning feature, we access email content solely to detect invoices, bills, and financial documents. We do not read, store, or process non-financial emails.

Trading Data

For trading products, we may collect trade history, account performance data, and broker connection details necessary to operate the automated trading system.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, device information, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services
• To process transactions and send related information
• To categorize and analyze financial transactions using AI
• To generate financial reports and insights
• To detect and prevent fraud or security issues
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support

3. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases on private, secured servers. We implement multi-tenant data isolation, meaning your data is logically separated from all other clients' data. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties solely to provide our services:

• Plaid Inc. — Bank account connectivity and transaction data retrieval. Plaid's privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Intuit QuickBooks — Accounting data synchronization. Intuit's privacy policy applies to data they process.
• Bradshaw AI Engine — AI-powered transaction categorization and analysis. Data sent to our AI engine is processed securely and is not used to train external models.

We do not sell your data to anyone. Period. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation or termination of your account:

• Your data remains available for 30 days for export purposes
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems
• You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us
• Certain data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance)

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Export — Download your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON)
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Restriction — Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
